Today's Senior Coffee Talk provided an opportunity to learn from our WHS Counselors about College and Career Planning. Our WHS counselors shared details about the role of the student and parent, highlighting how important it is to guide your student but not to complete the process for them. If you have questions, please reach out to your student's counselor.

An excellent resource is the WHS Counseling Center. http://whscounselingcenter.com/

The WHS Counseling Center site is filled with information. Click on the links below for assistance.

Counselors are in the process of having individual meetings with students.

The next workshop event will be on the Common Application Workshop for your student.

Common Application Workshop - If your student is using the Common Application to apply to colleges, they can attend workshops on either September 11 or October 9 from 6:00—8:00 PM in the LGI.

This is an informal work time where students can receive assistance from school counselors in completing their Common App. Pizza will be provided. Students must register to attend and can do so at https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSe7O1ARk2WV5fa9rO…/viewform
